Know Before You Go:
Advance Request Notice: Please inform us at the time of booking if you use a manual wheelchair, heavy motorized power-wheelchair, or require specific transfer assistance so we can prepare the optimal vehicle configuration.
Special Sand Wheelchairs: Standard narrow-wheeled wheelchairs can sink into deep, soft sand. We provide access to wide-tired, all-terrain desert wheelchairs upon request to allow smooth rolling on sand dunes.
What to Wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Bring a light jacket or shawl during winter months (November to March) as desert temperatures drop after dark.
Dietary Needs: Vegetarian, vegan, halal, and specific dietary needs are easily accommodated within our buffet spread upon advance notice.
